We provide a wide range of activities for children, who are just as welcome as adults here, as well as mid-week activities for young families. We aim to meet Jesus through friendship, having fun and learning in interactive ways about God’s love for us.

Around 100 children gather from 10am, when our church service begins, in the following groups:
  • Tumblers (0-3s) play and sing in a safe, happy environment with an excellent team of carers.
  • Scramblers (3s-5s) play games together, listen to stories and have fun learning about Jesus whilst being nurtured towards independence.
  • Climbers (5s-7s) are lively group with a great team of leaders, meeting Jesus and learning together through games, stories, prayer and craft.
  • Explorers (7s-11s) are developing faith through games, drama, discussions and prayer, wrapped up in energetic, fun, as we discover for ourselves how big God is.
  • Way2Go CENTRAL, held on the second Sunday each month, is a multi-streamed event including Way2Go kids, with a range of fun activities. More details here.

Weekday activities

  • FLIPZ Club (year 3 – year 6) meets on Fridays (5.45-7pm), doing stuff from cooking pizzas and playing football to crazy craft and short teaching from the Bible. There's more information, this term's programme and an application form here.
  • Guiding and Scouting: Brownies and Guides all meet for their main term-time activities at St Paul’s. Further details from the Church Office.

Movie Night: Saturday 11 March 4.30pm-7.30pm 

School year 3-6 are all invited to our Movie night. Dinner will be provided and the kids will vote for the movie they want to watch on the night.

Annual Events

St Paul’s Holiday Club in February half term each year, welcomes about 200 children for five mornings of mad fun and laughter. More information and booking for our 2017 Holiday Club will be available soon.

Glow in the dark - a fun evening for all the family with inflatables, face painting, craft, computer games and food and drink. This is held on 31 October each year from 5.30-7pm, for families with children aged 3-11.
