(Youth & Worship)
We want to share an exciting opportunity with you to help St Paul’s take a step-change in our mission to be disciples who make disciples.
Following Sean’s decision to move on, the PCC and Management Team believe God is leading us to a positive and significant move forward, seeing this as an opportunity to strategically recruit two people, one with a broader remit.
As part of The BIG Conversation, many of you voiced concern over the need for more intentional investment in our youth ministry. With this in mind, the PCC have decided to recruit one person with a focus entirely on our young people as Youth Pastor, and a second person, a Worship and Youth Pastor, to combine supporting youth ministry with developing our worship ministry which also has a significant impact on our church life.
This is a step of faith by the PCC, and they now invite you to join them in raising the finances to support this. To ensure we can go ahead to make the second appointment, we have set a target of £50,000 to ensure prudent planning.
To contribute financially to this specific fund, the Resource Fund (Youth and Worship), you can visit saintpauls.co.uk/resourcefund
. Complete this form and place it in the post box in the welcome area or give to John Woolley as Chair of Finance.
Thank you so much for considering your response to this exciting new development for St Paul’s, and do please keep the young people especially in your prayers as we begin to advertise these roles.
Yours in Christ
