Prepare
Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on us! Heal our wounds, give us sight, and gift us with faith in you afresh.

Reflect
One of the key parts of our faith in Jesus, is that He will one day return and we will know life eternal. For those who do not cling to their own life, but instead give it to Jesus will know this redeemed life. Until that day, however, the kingdom of God is in our midst.
It is a Kingdom of love and gentleness; of faith and truth; of sacrificial love; of God’s people becoming like him here on the earth. It is not a place we can go to, but something we can be part of.
Be
Let’s pray.
Lord Jesus, you said, “The kingdom of God is in your midst.”
Open our eyes—Your kingdom is here.
You call us to watch and be ready.
Strengthen our hearts—Your kingdom is here.
In the days of Noah, many ignored the truth.
Teach us to trust—Your kingdom is here.
We long for your day but must wait for it to come.
Fill us with hope—Your kingdom is here.
When you return, we will not look back in regret.
Turn our hearts to You—Your kingdom is here.
Wherever Your people are gathered, there You reign.
Come, Lord Jesus—Your kingdom is here.
Become
Jesus always had his eyes set on the Kingdom of God and did not see things as the world does. As we become like Jesus let’s pray that God would help give us eyes and ears that perceive his Kingdom.
Do
Jesus again reminds us that those who try to keep their life will lose it, and those whose lose their life will preserve it. Which parts of your life do you need to give again to Jesus – that he might use in His Kingdom. Remember – this isn’t always easy or convenient for us!
Practice
Perhaps at the end of the day today you could look back on the day and ask Jesus to reveal to you where he was at work.
