2.04.25 Luke 19:11-27
Prepare
One thing I have asked of the Lord, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life; to behold the beauty of the Lord and to seek Him in His temple. We seek the Lord our God; with all our heart; with all our soul; with all our mind and with all our strength. Let’s seek him now.

Reflect
From the passage today we are reminded that God has entrusted each of us with gifts, opportunities, and responsibilities. Like the servants, we are called to use what we’ve been given - whether it’s our talents, time, or resources for His glory.
It is challenging to step out of our comfort zone and there are times in my life when I have been fearful and avoided any risk at all costs. But the challenge here is that when we don’t step out, Gods Kingdom will not grow. And that’s not something I want to be involved in. I want to see Gods Kingdom come because he is worthy. Are you with me?
Be
Is He worthy? Is He worthy?
Of all blessing and honour and glory?
Is He worthy of this?
He is
Become
Heavenly Father, thank you that you love us; Holy Spirit thank you for moving among us; Jesus, our Messiah, thank you that you hold us close; Our God, we want you to dwell in us. If you are with us, who can be against us? Give us courage to step out for your Kingdom.
Do
Here is a brave challenge. I’ll do it with you. Let’s say to Jesus a simple three letter word. ‘Yes’. Now we need to ask Jesus to show us what he wants us to do for his Kingdom! This may take time, conversation and prayer, but remember, we have already said Yes!
Practice
Why not have a chat with Nico, Harry, Amanda, myself or other members of our church family about what type of role you could be involved with at StPB.
