Prepare
Father God, thank you that you are so faithful and that I never need to worry or fear because you always provide for me.

Luke 11:3
Reflect
Dependence on God: The request for daily bread highlights our need for God’s provision. It is a reminder that we rely on God for our physical needs, but also for the things that nourish our soul. This dependence invites humility, as we acknowledge that we cannot provide for ourselves without God's help.
Present Focus: The prayer encourages us to focus on the present, trusting that God will provide for our immediate needs. This calls us to live in the moment, practicing gratitude and reliance on God for each day's needs.
Spiritual Bread: This verse can also be seen as a metaphor for spiritual nourishment. Jesus later refers to Himself as the "bread of life" (John 6:35). Just as we need physical food to survive, we need God’s Word and His presence for spiritual life and growth.
Be
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take deep, slow breaths.
As you breathe in, say internally: “You are my provider.”
As you breathe out, say internally: “I trust in You.”
Become
Reflect on this question: Am I trusting God to shape me and provide what I truly need, or am I clinging to control over my life?
Do
Think of someone in your life, who might be in need of God's daily bread today?
Practice
At the start of each day, be encouraged to pray
"Lord, I trust You to provide what I need today—nothing more, nothing less. Help me to live fully in this moment and not be overwhelmed by the future."
Throughout the day, take small pauses to ask, "What ‘bread’ do I need right now, and how is God providing it?"
